What is the Aroma Shooter®?
The Aroma Shooter® is the world's first instantly-switchable, software-controlled, precision aroma spray device. The Aroma Shooter can be loaded with up to six solid-state aroma cartridges and spray countless aroma blends.
Use our apps or software development kits to build tools that allow the Aroma Shooter to instantly alternate between aromas according to images, sounds, or other events of your choosing.
How many connection types of Aroma Shooter®?
We provide 3 types of connection in the standard Aroma Shooter.
You can connect to Aroma Shooter® via USB, Bluetooth (BLE) and WiFi. Choose the version most relevant for your project(s). Click here for details.
How long does Aroma Cartridge last?
The period of use of an aroma cartridge depends on the type of fragrance and the environment in which it's used. Generally, one cartridge can provide 3-second bursts of aroma more than 3,000 times.
When will I receive an Aroma Cartridge after placing an order?
Please contact us for a shipping estimate if you are ordering outside of Japan, otherwise we can usually ship aroma cartridges within 2 weeks after the date an order has been placed (not including the order date itself). We can ship custom cartridges 2 weeks after the arrival of your fragrance to our laboratory.
How much perfume oil do I need to send you to make a custom Aroma Cartridge?
To make one cartridge, we need 3 grams of liquid perfume (the perfume must not be mixed with ethanol). We can make a custom Aroma Cartridge from scents of any concentration or intensity, but for the best quality, please provide us with 100% pure essential oil.
How to deodorize the scent attached to the Aroma Shooter?
Wipe the area of the Aroma Shooter where the cartridge is set with a cotton swab moistened with ethanol, making sure to clean every corner. Also, wipe the top cover in the same way. After wiping, let it dry in a well-ventilated area.
How to store Aroma Cartridges
Only set the Aroma Cartridges into the Aroma Shooter during use. After use, place the Aroma Cartridges in a ziplock bag or similar and store it individually in the refrigerator to maintain the scent.
Is there any allergic problem due to the scent diffused?
The Aroma shooter diffuse only air containing molecule of scent and do not cause allergies. However, it seems that psychological factors can cause allergies.
Are there any restrictions of using a tripod?
The tripod screw socket in the Aroma Shooter® is an international standard size.
How does the Aroma Shooter® maintain power while in motion?
The Aroma Shooter® requires a consistent power source to operate. If you plan to move your Aroma Shooter outside the range of a stationary outlet while in operation, you must connect it to a portable power supply.
What kinds of fragrances do your cartridges have?

Can you make custom aroma cartridges?
Absolutely. We can make custom cartridges out of your own fragrances. Each cartridge requires 3(g) of essential oil and costs $50.
In the event that a cartridge cannot be removed from your Aroma Shooter®？
How long did it takes for the scent to disappear?
It usually dissipates quickly, but in an enclosed space, Two times of the diffusion is recommended. (Ex: It will take 6 sec for the scent to disappear for 3 sec of diffusion)
What is the range of scents diffusing?

Is it possible to modify the intensity of a cartridge's scent by modifying its concentration of essential oil? If so, what solvent would you need?
It is possible to modify the intensity of a cartridge's scent by changing its concentration of essential oil. To do this, triethyl citrate is required.
